Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Iris Galerie packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all documentation.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned art, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
